Bernard Lewis, CEO, joins HELPLINE in 1999 as Sales Director.

Relying on its Training habilitation, the Company creates the HELPLINE Institute. A real training center dedicated to internal training, it offers curricula dedicated to accompany employees in their career path.
This regional office gathers today 420 employees.
HELPLINE goes beyond its borders and settles in Tunis. This subsidiary is directed by Ouissem LAHOUAR and has more than 100 employees.
In 2012, 50 new clients of all sectors and all sizes have granted their trust to HELPLINE for the following services: Workstation IT outsourcing, Server administration and Help Desk, migration and deployment.
