The exercises are designed to guarantee the most objective assessment possible. Thanks to a combination of exercises and interviews, each skill targeted is therefore assessed several times through different views. This process allows us to recruit a great diversity of profiles for the same position, all the while remaining on the same skill basis.

At HELPLINE, each application is treated with the same care. Whatever the outcome, the recruiter will inform you via email or phone at the end of the recruitment process.
When you get a negative answer to your application, it is presumably that it didn’t match the position you were targeting, or the other positions. Nevertheless, unless otherwise stated on your behalf, our recruitment officers will keep your CV in order to get back to you if another opportunity matching your profile surfaces. Feel free to show your interest for another position by applying again.
