What type of contract do we offer?

I have the status of disabled worker, can I apply to all the positions available?

In compliance with the policy favoring the integration of disabled people at HELPLINE, whatever the position you wish to fill, all our job offers are open to any candidate willing to join our teams. If your disability requires some arrangements of your workplace, feel free to talk about it with your recruitment officer during the interview.

How to know if an offer is still open?

Our job offers are managed daily by our recruitment team. As soon as a position is filled, it is withdrawn from the list of offers.

However, you should know that a job offer posted on our careers website can relate in reality to several jobs matching the same profile. In this case, the offer will remain online as long as all the job vacancies related to this offer haven’t been filled.

Can I apply to several offers?

All our job offers are open. However, in order to maximize your chances of success, we advise you to target the positions which match the most your profile and project.

I didn’t manage to attach my CV and/or cover letter. What should I do?

Make sure your file is in word/pdf format and that is doesn’t go beyond the maximum authorized size for our platform. In case of a recurring problem, our Recruitment contact center is available to help you at this number: 01 71 03 60 36. You can send us a speculative application and a cover letter at recrut@helpline.fr.

How to know if my application has been effectively sent?

As soon as you send it, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt.

How to know at which stage is my application?

You will be kept informed all along the treatment process of your application.

Whatever the outcome of your application, our recruitment officers will keep you informed as quickly as possible via email (to the address given on your CV) or by phone, and this at each stage of the recruitment process.

Before the interview, it is required to do the exercises, are they eliminatory?

The answer is NO! No exercise that is proposed is eliminatory!

At HELPLINE, we are convinced that Human resources management, and recruitment in particular should continue to be managed by men and women able to assess objectively the professional and social skills of our applicants and not algorithms. The exercises are designed to guarantee the most objective assessment possible. Thanks to a combination of exercises and interviews, each skill targeted is therefore assessed several times through different views. This process allows us to recruit a great diversity of profiles for the same position, all the while remaining on the same skill basis.

Will I be informed of the outcome given to my application even though it is not selected?

At HELPLINE, each application is treated with the same care. Whatever the outcome, the recruiter will inform you via email or phone at the end of the recruitment process.

Can I apply again following a negative answer after a first application?

When you get a negative answer to your application, it is presumably that it didn’t match the position you were targeting, or the other positions. Nevertheless, unless otherwise stated on your behalf, our recruitment officers will keep your CV in order to get back to you if another opportunity matching your profile surfaces. Feel free to show your interest for another position by applying again.

How is my compensation set?

When inviting you to join us, the recruitment officer will share with you the proposed compensation which consists of the 3 following elements:
